SCRANTON -- A vehicle left behind a trail of damage when it wrecked early Saturday morning in Scranton.

Police suspect the driver was drunk when the car plowed through a front railing at a church, damaged a railing on a home, knocked over a tree, and slammed into the front porch of another home on North Main Avenue around 4 a.m.

The driver was not hurt, but was taken for a blood alcohol test.

No one else was hurt in the crash.

Yeah, it’s nowhere near as cool as trolling on a local news web site. Isn’t it time to call your mom and see if she can bring you some meatloaf?

Because drinking is such a big thing in the Scranton area, all you ever hear about at jobs are how people can’t wait until the weekend to get hammered, then on Monday you hear how they don’t remember how they got home, who they went home with, or whose house they woke up in

The vast majority of Scranton locals are Irish, so no surprise to me they are pathetic drunks. Lol. Stereotypes obviously originate from that area.
