WILLIAMSPORT -- Go to enough Crosscutters games in Williamsport and you may notice the grass is always freshly cut, there's usually a friendly face at the ticket booth, and 33-year-old Rhashan West-Bey is always there to greet you with a smile.

"I love my job," said Rhashan West-Bey.

"Rhashan is autistic and is a special needs adult who we love and he is the most popular guy in the ball park," said Gabe Sinicropi.

"He started just coming to games as a fan and the season ended and he just kept coming in the off seasons," said Sarah Budd, director of ticket operations.

This is Rhashan's 15th year with the Crosscutters where he's earned the title Director of Smiles.

"I'm excited. I'm getting excited for opening night," said West-Bey.

Rhashan and the other employees have been working to get BB &T Bank at the Historic Bowman Field in Williamsport ready for the Crosscutters first game of the season. It's this Friday.

"Yeah, it's a big night for me. It's a big night for me," said West-Bey.

If you couldn't tell Rhashan is pretty excited about seeing all of his old friends fill up the bleachers Friday night at the game. This year he'll have something extra special to share with them, his own playing card.

"I've got my own card. It's awesome," said West-Bey.

"He's very excited about it. He'll be signing his autographs that night and we are looking forward to it," said Budd.

Rhashan's baseball card is part of the 2016 pro debut set that features new minor league players. The set of cards sold out nationwide. If you want to see Rhashan in person, he'll be signing autographs at the game this Friday.
