WILKES-BARRE — A 14 year old is charged with drunk driving in Wilkes-Barre.
Police spotted a car driving erratically along Wilkes-Barre Boulevard Wednesday night.
When officers stopped the car, they found a 14-year-old boy behind the wheel. His blood alcohol content was .106.
The boy’s dad, Ramon Calva-Marin, 34, of Wilkes-Barre was a passenger in the car. He had a BAC of .26.
The boy was charged with DUI and released to a sober family member. Police expect to charge Calva-Marin with endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors.
