SCRANTON -- The Lackawanna County district attorney says a police shooting earlier this month was justified.
A Taylor police officer fired his gun, hitting one of three suspects wanted for an armed robbery at the Econo Lodge on Kane Street in Scranton.
According to the district attorney, the suspects got out of a vehicle during a traffic stop. One appeared to have a gun in his hand and the officer fired.
