PLAINS TOWNSHIP -- A model train display was open to the public and free of charge in Luzerne County.
This is the 33rd year the Hudson Model Railroad Club has organized its Annual Winter Open House in Plains Township.
The exhibit is scheduled to also be up next weekend here in Luzerne County.
