EAST STROUDSBURG -- Police and other volunteers wrapped and then handed out gifts to three families in the Poconos.
The Stroud Area Regional Police teamed up with Santa Claus to give the gifts to a group of kids, including one boy who needs a bone marrow transplant.
The kids got bikes, cameras, computers, and toys.
The gift-giving is in honor of Jeff Olsen, a Stroud Area police officer who died eight years ago.
"It's just like awesome. It's so cool because I write everything on my list and it's like, it's incredible," said one little boy. "Thank you, and really, thank you because I really got all this stuff I really want."
"I look forward to it every year. It just really brings home the feeling of Christmas. It's wonderful, makes my Christmas. It really does," said Chip Callori of East Stroudsburg.
The kids may have gotten a lot of goodies, but the adults in the families got gift cards and more to help them out this holiday season.
