STROUDSBURG -- Months after a bicyclist was hit and killed on Main Street in Stroudsburg, police have made an arrest.
George Santana, 27, of Stroudsburg is charged with homicide by vehicle and other offenses.
According to police, Santana told them he fell asleep at the wheel back in June and hit and killed Tyrone Miller, 56, of Stroudsburg.
The crash also took out lights and parking meters along Main Street.
Santana turned himself in on Tuesday and was locked up in the Monroe County jail on $50,000 bail.
