CHAPMAN TOWNSHIP — Police have identified the man killed in a hang gliding crash over the weekend.
State police in Clinton County now say Jesse Fulkersin, 62, of Berwick was killed when he crashed while trying to land his hang glider near Renovo around 3 p.m. Sunday.
State police say Fulkersin was a 20-year veteran of flying hang gliders.
