WILKES-BARRE -- A man from Luzerne County is heading to prison for up to 10 years for molesting three girls.
Francis Parsons of Larksville pleaded guilty last year to indecent assault for the crimes against three girls, ages 11 and 12.
Parsons will also serve two years of probation and must register as a sex offender for life.
