WILLIAMSPORT -- A horse-drawn carriage crashed Saturday morning in Williamsport.
Police say the carriage driver lost control of the reins around 11 a.m. He could not stop the horses.
The carriage wound up being wedged between parked cars on Pine Street.
Officers say four people were inside the carriage. They are okay.
One person on the street got stepped on by a horse and was taken to the hospital after the carriage crash in Williamsport.
