WILKES-BARRE -- Despite the less-than-perfect weather, RiverFest still happened in Wilkes-Barre.
It was the 18th year for the event celebrating the Susquehanna River.
The yearly dragon boat race that normally happens on Sunday during the event had to be moved to July 11 because recent rains raised the river levels.
However, visitors still found ways to have fun and learn about the river.
