WILKES-BARRE -- Officials cut the ribbon on a new pavilion in Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday.
Folks can now use the pavilion at Coal Street Park for parties, picnics, or other events.
The Wilkes-Barre Family YMCA plans to serve healthy snacks and lunches to kids at the park over the summer beginning next week.
