HAZLETON — A man is locked up on child sex charges in Luzerne County.
Hazleton police say Luis Diaz, 54, was arrested Tuesday for molesting a child younger than 13 over the past four years.
Diaz was arraigned and locked up in the Luzerne County Prison.
