WILLIAMSPORT -- A man accused of rape of a child was sentenced in Lycoming County.
A judge sentenced Joseph Rankinen on Monday to 10 to 20 years in prison.
Rankinen pleaded guilty to rape of a child in September of 2014.
Police accused Rankinen of sexually assaulting the 4-year-old male in Woodward Township between December 2012 and April 2013.
