SCRANTON -- The Hilton Hotel and Conference Center in downtown Scranton is for sale.
The hotel on Adams Avenue opened in 2003.
The real estate company that owns the hotel, Hospitality Real Estate Counselors based in Colorado, is sending emails to potential buyers calling the Hilton "an investment opportunity in a college town market."
