CARBONDALE -- A driver accused of following garbage collectors in a stolen car in Lackawanna County was in court on Wednesday.
Garbage crews told police John Caviston of Carbondale was tailing them on their route through the borough earlier this month.
Police ran the plates and discovered the vehicle was reported stolen.
Officers say the owner of the car knows Caviston and claims he took her keys from her house.
