MILFORD -- An elected official in Pike County will be sentenced for witness intimidation after he pleaded guilty on Thursday.
Lawrence Flansburgh admits trying to pressure firefighters from the Mill Rift Fire Department not to file charges in a theft case, as well as trying to convince Eastern Pike Regional Police to give up their investigation.
Flansburgh is a supervisor in Westfall Township and police commissioner for the Eastern Pike Regional Police.
He entered the plea on three counts of intimidating witnesses.
Flansburgh will be sentenced in April.
