SCRANTON -- A contractor accused of cheating homeowners has pleaded guilty in Lackawanna County Court.
According to the District Attorney's Office, Joseph Senese of Taylor pleaded guilty to fraud and theft charges on Wednesday.
Senese was arrested in July, accused of stealing thousands of dollars from at least 22 customers by taking money for home improvement work that he never did.
Senese could get up to 15 years in prison when he is sentenced.
