LUZERNE -- A highway in Luzerne County is back open after an early morning crash.
A car ended up on its roof after the smash up just after 2 a.m. Monday on the North Cross Valley Expressway in Luzerne.
Officials said the highway was closed for more than two hours while state police investigated the crash.
Authorities said at least one person was taken to the hospital, but have not said what caused the crash in Luzerne County.
