SCHUYLKILL HAVEN -- Police need your help to find man on the loose from Berks County.

Police say Stephen Kulcyski, 45, of Reading, was stalking an ex-girlfriend, driving behind her on a highway in Berks County. The woman called police and reported it since she has a PFA against him.

When police started to follow him, they ran his license plate and determined he was driving a stolen car. Officers said he led them on a chase into Schuylkill County until he drove through Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Philadelphia and crashed his car.

He then took off on foot.

Police still haven't located him but say he has been known to steal vehicles so they believe he might do so again.

Police do not believe he is armed but do call him dangerous.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Schuylkill Haven police.
