July 15 is a historic day in Pike County, for 150 years ago it was as if a little of the Civil War came to visit.
There are ceremonies in Shohola July 12 and 13 to mark the 150th anniversary of the wreck. Visits to both the cemetery and the site are offered on July 13. Admission is free.
