SCRANTON — A realtor from Lackawanna County who was the subject of an Action 16 investigation last summer has reached a plea deal on a series of theft charges.

Peter Lamandre of Carbondale was named “Greater Scranton Realtor of the Year” in 2012.

Last year, he was accused of renting out homes in Lackawanna County from out-of-state property owners but failed to pay these owners their share of the rent money.

Lamandre pleaded guilty to four counts of theft and one count of forgery as part of his agreement.

No sentencing date has been set.

I pray that he serves prison time and that he is forced to pay back the money he allegedly stole. Pray for justice.

  • Need Paul Kersey to clean up the streets.......

No surprise most realtors are like car salesman, pretty much all snakes in the ground… (there is always a few goodones) but that is why they have that stereo type because its true 95% of the time!
