HAWLEY — A man accused of rape in Wayne and Lackawanna Counties was arrested in Texas and brought back to our area.
David Teeter of Moscow was arraigned Friday morning in Hawley on rape and other charges.
Police say he raped two girls over several years.
Teeter is now locked up in Wayne County with bail set at $200,000.
