Fitness Expo Offers Help Getting Healthy

PLAINS TOWNSHIP -- Warmer weather means swimsuit season is on its way, and people are focused on getting out and getting shape.

The NEPA Fitness Expo was ready to help. The expo was held on Saturday and Sunday at the Wyoming Valley Sports Dome near Wilkes-Barre.

People could get information about the latest fitness programs and diets. The expo also offered free workouts and fitness classes for visitors to try out.

There was a rock climbing wall where folks could test their strength.

There were vendors, inspirational speakers, and fitness competitions.
