WILKES-BARRE -- Wilkes-Barre Police said someone robbed an attendant Thursday afternoon at the Park and Lock West lot on West Northampton Street.
The attendant claims, the man reached into the ticket booth and took cash from her as she was counting it.
A short while later, cops stopped Christopher Oblosser, who matched the description of the robber.
He was taken into custody.
