WILKES-BARRE — A convicted killer who allegedly had indecent contact with children in a state prison in Luzerne County has pleaded guilty.
Andre Vancliff pleaded guilty Friday morning to conspiracy to corrupt minors.
He’s accused of having indecent contact with two children in 2012 at Retreat state prison.
The guilty plea comes just two days after Rebecca Butler was convicted of putting the children in danger. She brought the kids to the prison to see Vancliff.
Vancliff was returned to prison until his sentencing in June in Luzerne County.
