I will NEVER UNDERSTAND why its easier to kill a baby instead of giving it up to a couple who will love and cherish the child. I hope and pray that whoever is responsible for this horrendous act are given the maximum penalty available.

This is a very sad and terrible thing that happened to this child. Wilkes-Barre used to be a nice place to live, a safe place to raise your children..

When the locals started moving out of Wilkes-Barre, the bad element moved in, and has taken over the City Of Wilkes-Barre. Crime and drug use have sky rocketed, it is time for The City Of Wilkes-Barre to declare war against the thugs that are committing these hideous crimes.

You cannot even pick up the newspaper anymore without reading about a violent crime that was committed in Wilkes-Barre,someone has to step up to the plate here, enough is enough. Drive by shootings, innocent children being murdered, robberies, drug peddling, you name it, we have it here. This situation in Wilkes-Barre, has gotten so out of hand, that we need extra help here in stopping what is happening. It all begins at the top, the man needs to step up, and restore the city to what it once was..How many more innocent people have to die, before we get the much needed help we need here? Our local law enforcement have their hands filled, it is out of control, it needs to end.
