WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP — After a much anticipated wait, the latest Apple iPhones went on sale Friday morning.

Newswatch 16 found about 30 people waiting in line for hours on Friday morning.

It was all to buy the new smartphones at the AT&T store along Mundy Street in Wilkes-Barre Township.

The company unveiled the iPhone 5s and the less expensive 5c earlier this month.

The phones have several new features including a new fingerprint scanner, an upgraded camera and a faster processor.
