Bloomsburg Police Vehicle Damaged During Block Party

BLOOMSBURG -- Bloomsburg Police are trying to identify the person who damaged one of the department's tactical vehicles during the town's Block Party weekend.

Twice on Saturday police say they had to disperse large crowds of intoxicated people on Fetterman Avenue.

The first time, police used an armored vehicle called the BearCat and were able to clear some partiers out with smoke and tear gas. Video of the scene was captured by

The second time, police in riot gear and the BearCat were able to clear the area and several arrests were made.

Bloomsburg police are also looking for a man they believe he damaged one of their police vehicles by throwing a rock at it.
