SCRANTON — A busy on-ramp in Lackawanna County is scheduled to close once again for a bridge repair project.
PennDOT said the on-ramp to Interstate 81 south at the Main Avenue entrance in Scranton will close Friday.
It was reopened in December for the busy holiday shopping season.
PennDOT expects the ramp to remain closed through the spring for an ongoing construction project.
