Topping
3/4 Cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1 cup oatmeal
Combine flour, brown sugar and cinnamon: cut in butter and oats until it resembles course crumbs. Set aside.
Fruit
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp all purpose flour
4 cups peaches, peeled pitted and sliced.
Arrange peaches in 8 x 8 baking pan or a 9 inch pie plate. Sprinkle topping mixture evenly over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 -45 minutes, until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream or topping.
