D.A. Seeking Death Penalty Against Michael Horvath

ROSS TOWNSHIP -- The Monroe County district attorney plans to seek the death penalty against a man accused of killing a woman and burying her remains in his backyard.

Michael Horvath was arrested in October. He's accused of killing Holly Grim from Lehigh County.

Grim had been missing since 2013.

In September, her remains were found buried in the backyard of Horvath's home near Saylorsburg.

Big deal. Just a waste of air. Gov. don’t have enough hair on his butt to sign it anyway. Down the road a sissy judge will change it. Hole system is a game for lawyers and judges to make money with new trails.
