WILKES-BARRE -- Police in Wilkes-Barre believe have identified a man they believe was involved in a homicide in the city.
Officers say Keanu Pinnock, 19, also known as "Preky" or "Digi" is armed and dangerous.
Police believe Pinnock and another man, Tevon Thomas, 24, shot a third man at a home on North Sherman Street in the city last month.
The man died at the hospital.
