SCRANTON -- Police in Scranton say Jorge DeJesus turned himself in Friday for allegedly firing a bullet through the floor of a home Thursday night.
The shooting happened in the city's west side along West Locust Street.
Officers say the bullet went through the second floor and into a kitchen below.
No one was hit.
The 18-year-old is charged with reckless endangerment.
He's locked up in the Lackawanna County prison.
