SCRANTON -- Police are looking for a man after a shot rang out inside an apartment in Scranton.
It happened at a place on West Locust Street shortly before 6 p.m. Thursday.
According to police, 18-year-old Jorge DeJesus and his girlfriend were arguing in the second-floor bedroom when the shot was fired. Officers said the bullet went through the floor and into the kitchen below, where DeJesus' one-year-old child and other people were at the time.
No one was injured.
DeJesus reportedly fled the scene before police arrived. He's charged with reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, and firing a firearm into an occupied structure.
