Beef Rub
ingredients:
- 1 tlb. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. dried minced onion
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Season desired meat on both sides and grill to desired temperature.
Pork Rub
ingredients:
- 1 tlb. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 tsp. fennel seed
- 1 tsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. dried minced garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper, course
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Season desired meat on both sides and grill to desired temperature.
Chicken/Fish/Vegetable Rub
ingredients:
- 1 tlb. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried tarragon
- 1 tsp. black pepper, course
Procedure:
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Season desired meat on both sides and grill to desired temperature.
