FAIRVIEW TOWNSHIP -- PennDOT says all lanes of Route 309 in Luzerne County are expected to reopen Tuesday.
Crews were out on Monday removing barriers along the road in the Mountain Top area.
Parts of the highway were down to one lane in each direction since April when a safety improvement project started.
