CLARKS SUMMIT -- A man from Lackawanna County has agreed to plead guilty to threatening President Obama, according to court records filed Friday.
Authorities say Nicholas Savino of Clarks Summit sent a threatening email to the White House in August of 2013.
A few days later, as President Obama was visiting Scranton, SWAT teams and Secret Service agents raided his apartment.
Savino could face several years behind bars and a fine when he's sentenced.
