WILKES-BARRE — A pizza delivery man will serve jail time and pay a fine after a hit and run last year in Luzerne County.
It happened on Main Street in Plymouth in April of 2012.
Court paperwork says Andrew Mudrowski, 55, of Larksville was sentenced three to 18 months for hitting and injuring a man in Plymouth and then driving back to work without stopping to help.
Police say Mudrowski was caught a short time later.
He was also ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Mudrowski pleaded guilty in September.
