STROUDSBURG — Part of an interstate is now open in Monroe County after a crash.
Interstate 80 was closed eastbound because of a crash involving several tractor-trailers in the Stroudsburg area. It happened around noon.
The eastbound lanes were closed from the Bartonsville area to the Marshals Creek area because the crash. Traffic was heavy on detour routes and many drivers were delayed for hours.
The westbound lanes were closed for emergency vehicles and they were reopened around 1:45 p.m.
The highway was reopend after 4:30 p.m.
