DURYEA -- Some residents at a high rise in Luzerne County spent part of Labor Day without power.
Officials are trying to figure out what caused a circuit breaker at the building to trip Monday morning.
PPL trucks were on scene after 9 a.m. at the Crossin Towers high rise off Stephenson Street in Duryea.
Residents who lost power stayed in the lobby or outside the building, while the problem was fixed.
