SCRANTON — A man accused of criminal homicide in a shooting death in Lackawanna County will go to trial.
State police believe Adam Wickizer shot and killed Christopher Hughes in March in a Moosic trailer park.
Troopers say Hughes was dating Wickizer’s ex-girlfriend Dana Anderson.
Anderson testified at a preliminary hearing Friday that Wickizer shot at both her and Hughes after a dispute about child custody.
Wickizer is locked up in Lackawanna County.
