MONTROSE — A former teacher will spend up to ten years in prison for molesting a boy in Susquehanna County.

Kyle Cobb from Union Dale was sentenced by a judge Thursday morning to one and a half to ten years in prison.

Authorities say Cobb abused the boy multiple times over several years. He was charged in March of 2012 and pleaded guilty earlier this year.

The crime happened before Cobb became a fourth grade teacher at Lakeside Elementary in Honesdale.
