NEW MILFORD -- A man from Susquehanna County was found guilty of driving under the influence and causing a deadly pedestrian crash.
Brett Bennett of Kingsley admitted last month he was behind the wheel when his vehicle hit and killed two men on Route 11 in New Milford in February of 2012 but denied he was under the influence.
A judge ruled on Thursday that Bennett was driving under the influence at the time of the crash.
Bennett could face prison time when he is sentenced at a later date.
