HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) says December broke a record for gaming revenue in the state.
According to a release from the board, the record was fueled by a nearly 28% increase in iGaming revenues.
Total gambling revenue increased 9.3% over 2022. That is the combined revenue of slot machines, table games, sports wagering, iGaming, video gaming terminals (VGTs), and fantasy contests.
Gross revenue from slot machines rose more than 3%.
Revenues from sports wagering rose more than 14%.
