Holiday star returns to Honesdale

It was lit to make people feel more connected as they isolate at home.

HONESDALE, Pa. — A symbol of the holidays is now burning bright again high above Wayne County.

The Greater Honesdale Partnership lit the town's star on Irving Cliff Wednesday night.

It was lit to make people feel more connected as they isolate at home.

The neighboring town of Hawley also lit its star Wednesday night, and people were asked to leave their porch lights on to show support for the local community.
