TOBYHANNA, Pa. — A man is locked up in Monroe County, accused of abusing a 2-year-old child.
Alexander Talley, 25, of Tobyhanna, is facing aggravated assault, sexual assault, child endangerment, and related charges.
Police say the little boy he's accused of assaulting suffered several fractures, internal injuries, and bruises.
