WILKES-BARRE — Prosecutors in Luzerne County filed six more theft charges against the owner of Wyoming Homes.
Thursday’s charges are the latest in a list of theft charges against David Valenti.
Valenti is accused of taking money from customers for modular homes and failing to finish construction on them.
