PLAINS, Pa. — A Luzerne County man threatened to kill a man at a Plains Township casino while he rolled a bullet in his right hand, state police said.
Khalif Epps, 44, of Hanover Township, faces charges of terroristic threats and harassment, according to court filings.
Attempts to reach Epps for comment were unsuccessful and court filings do not list an attorney retained to represent him.
State police said the incident started as a spat Thursday afternoon at a Mohegan Pennsylvania blackjack game.
Eventually, the pit boss told Epps to leave. Epps walked away, at least for a few minutes, state police said.
When Epps returned, he had a bullet in his right hand and he told the victim he planned to use it to “blow his…brains out.”
Epps left the casino and the victim called 911.
