DICKSON CITY, Pa. — It was a night to remember in Lackawanna County.

The LCBC Church in Dickson City hosted the "Night to Shine," an annual prom for people with special needs on Friday.

Every guest receives the true prom experience, from a red carpet entrance complete with limousine rides to professional photographs and plenty of food and dancing.

"They couldn't wait to get in the building. Many of them had been part of the prom before...And then we give the caregivers a night off so they don't have to worry about anything tonight, they have a catered meal as well so they just can enjoy each other's company," said Steve Brown, the LCBC campus pastor.

All guests were named kings and queens of the prom at Friday night's "Night to Shine" in Dickson City.
